Good morning ,

My name is Nordine LESHAF and live in Paris.
I work in air France and technician ( refuelling, load, push-back anti-ice aircrafts …)
I have an (FAA) CPL-IR-MULTI with 350hours total time and want to pass my A-320 type rating .

1/ I want to ask you about the A320 TR program and cost?

2/ If you have any partner in asia for the company recruitment after the TR with zero time in type?

I can start the A320 TR traning in february.

Hi Bob, I cannot understand why an employee of Qatar Airways would do an A320 upgrade at Aerostar.

Once you are already an employee at a 5-star airline, they choose what airplane you fly and when you will be upgraded. When they do decide to upgrade you, they will most certainly do it internally and cover the cost.

Unless you are planning to switch jobs after only 1 year at Qatar, this plan makes no sense at all. I can hardly even fathom a full time, non-rotational airline employee spending their annual vacation doing an irrelevant type rating at Aerostar.
